Graham Johnson

As an award-winning leadership development specialist, Graham is committed to enabling leadership that lasts.  Prior to his role as a consultant working with complex organisations across the private, public and voluntary sectors, for many years he was a leadership practitioner within commercial organisations and has also undertaken a Masters in Leadership Studies at the University of Exeter.  From his experiences over the years, Graham has developed a passion for enabling collective leadership across organisations because, as he often points out, “…it’s the only form of leadership that is truly capable of meeting the unfolding needs of the organisation, its stakeholders and staff.”

In his consultancy work, Graham provides executive coaching, top team support and leadership development for some of the UK’s major organisations and, from our perspective, we are also delighted that he is a leading contributor to developing the concept, thinking and practice of ‘The Leaderful Organisation’.
